Casa Rosa is in the village of Pago del Humo. 7kms from the beautiful Barosa Beach and about 4kms from the center of Chiclana This is a real village with most of the residents being Spanish.

Expect a warm welcome in any of the bars in Pago. The two principle bars are the Florentina and the Casa Blas (still known as Venta Supresa) They both have good restaurants attached serving very good local traditional food at very reasonable prices.

There is also a Mini Market (fresh bread twice a day) a pharmacy and other stores.

Income Potential

With all the other requirements for a successful holiday like, Golf, Horse riding, Water Sports and more this is the perfect place to have a holiday. If you are looking for a holiday home why not have one that can more than pay for it self? There have been some stupid statements made about potential income from holiday home. Realisticaly you can expect to make an average of €600 per week in high season (12 weeks) and an average of €200 a week for the rest of the time. But do not expect many bookings in the winter.
